CT Technologist – Travel Contract
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Weekend Rotation: Dependent on department needs

Role Overview

We’re seeking a CT Technologist to join a well-supported radiology team in a busy community hospital setting. This role offers a mix of general, stroke, and oncology imaging with strong team collaboration and on-site radiologist support during the day.

Responsibilities

Perform CT imaging for adult and geriatric patients
Support stroke and general imaging workflows
Ensure patient safety, positioning, and image quality
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for accurate diagnostics
Maintain proper documentation in EPIC
Follow all radiation safety and department protocols

Must-Have Credentials

ARRT (CT) certification
Active Wisconsin state license
BLS (AHA) certification
Minimum 2 years of CT experience
Trauma experience required (first-time travelers accepted with this background)

Clinical Experience

General CT imaging
Stroke and oncology patients
Community hospital environment with varied case types

EMR: EPIC
PACS: McKesson

Support & Team Structure

Lead Tech and Manager support
3 CT Techs per shift
Transport team available
Radiologist on-site during day hours
Full rapid response and respiratory support

Additional Details

Orientation: NEO + 2–3 shifts on unit
Scheduling managed by Lead Tech
Holidays: Worked if falling on scheduled days
Scrubs: Any solid professional color (no graphics/logos)
Parking: Free employee parking
