Description

Sleep Tech

Overview

Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per week; no weekends or holidays
Contract length: 13 weeks
Unit: 4 sleep beds; 1 technologist per 2 patients

Required Qualifications

Polysomnographer with 2 years of experience
Polysomnographer experience within the last year
BLS Certification
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)
Experience working with Pediatric patients

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in the Sleep Disorders field

Job Duties

Performs sleep studies and administers treatments for patients with sleep disorders, including CPAP, O2, and Bilevel

Additional Details

All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
Scrubs: gray
Local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles are not accepted
Orientation includes training on One Chart-EPIC and sleep/EEG software, workflows, hospital layout, policies and procedures, and testing procedures
