Required Qualifications

CA RN license
Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU, step-down, or telemetry RN experience in an acute care setting
Current BLS certification; ACLS required
Demonstrated competency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage high-acuity patients and respond effectively in rapidly changing situations
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments and workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification
Experience with vasoactive and cardiac drip management
Familiarity with mechanical ventilation and advanced airway management
Experience in both inpatient step-down and telemetry settings
Proficiency with electronic health record systems; Epic experience a plus
Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills
