Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Gen/Vascular/Neuro CST - Days - Deaconess Gateway **AUTO OFFER**40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATESContract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours: 40 hoursPrimary Location: Deaconess Gateway Hospital Newburgh, IN Shift Requirements: 4x10 Schedule - 0600-0700 Start timeFloat Requirements: Floating between both Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (Evansville, IN) 8 miles apart. Usually assigned to one campus or the other based on skillset, must be open to both. Mid-shift floating is possible.On Call/Call-Back: On call 1x/week and every 6th weekend. 30 minute response time. Weeknight call starts after shift to following morning. Weekend call starts Friday after shift to Monday at 0700Weekend/Holiday: As Scheduled Required Certifications Attached upon Submittal: NBSTSA CST credentials AHA BLSMinimum Experience: at least 1 year CST in OR; 1 previous Travel assignment completed required Charting/Equipment: EPIC Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: MUST HAVE STRONG SKILLSET IN THESE AREAS: general, vascular, neuro. Unit Information: OR 2 campuses. Level II Trauma Center, 30 OR Suites. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Scrub Colors: provided Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required -- Subject to changeGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:As scheduled SHIFT NOTES:4x10 Schedule - 0600-0700 Start time
