Travel SNF Physical Therapist – Maplewood Health & Rehabilitation, Lancaster, KY

Position Summary

You'll treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents at Maplewood Health & Rehabilitation on a full-time travel contract with Ardor.

This is a 13-week travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist role, with extension possible, at Maplewood Health & Rehabilitation, a Lyon Healthcare facility in Lancaster, Kentucky. You'll work days, five 8-hour shifts a week (40 hours), helping residents regain strength, mobility and independence after surgery, illness or injury. The facility is a 96-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center at 308 W Maple Ave, Lancaster, KY 40444.

New graduates and therapists without previous SNF experience are welcome to apply. You'll have support from the Maplewood rehab team and Ardor's 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.
