Unit: Pediatric Cardiac ICU (646)
Capacity: 10 beds
EMR: Meditech
Equipment: Phillips monitors, Med Fusion and Baxter pumps
Patient Ratios: 1:2 for critical care patients
Staffing & Schedule
Day Shift: 1 Charge RN with additional RNs based on patient volume
Night Shift: 1 Charge RN with additional RNs based on patient volume
Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend Requirement: 4 shifts per 4-week schedule

Required Experience
Recent 2+ years of Cardiac Critical Care / CVPICU experience in acute care
Experience with pediatric/cardiac critical care
Strong post-operative cardiac care and critical-care skills
Preferred Qualifications
Peritoneal dialysis experience
CRRT experience
ECMO bedside experience
Required Certifications
