🔥 HIGH-PAYING 48-HOUR NIGHT-SHIFT ICU / CRITICAL CARE RN CONTRACT – GREATER BOSTON AREA

An immediate 13-week travel contract opening is available for an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in South Weymouth, Massachusetts (South Shore / Greater Boston area). Operating within a high-acuity, multidisciplinary Critical Care Unit, this high-compensating role features an approved 48-hour overnight schedule (4x12-Hours, 19:00 PM - 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). HIGH-PAYING MASSACHUSETTS CRITICAL CARE CONTRACT! The unit cares for acutely ill, medically unstable patients requiring continuous Q1H or higher assessments, interventions, and multi-organ support. If you are an acute ICU nurse skilled in complex hemodynamic monitoring, multi-drip vasoactive titration, mechanical ventilation, and neuro/trauma management looking to earn $3,762/week with maximum allowable tax-free stipends, this assignment is built for you!

  • Weekly Gross: $3,762.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,890.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $36.00/hr (40 regular hours)
  • Overtime Rate: $54.00/hr (8 weekly OT hours included)

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 4x12-Hours (19:00 PM - 07:00 AM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
  • Guaranteed Hours: 48 total hours weekly (40 regular hours + 8 overtime hours).
  • Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks.
  • On-Call Requirements: Standby on-call coverage required per departmental operational needs.
  • Floating Flexibility: Floating is optional.
  • Department Setting: Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit (SSH Critical Care HB).
  • Patient Population & Acuity: Comprehensive critical care patient population including acute trauma, complex post-surgical, high-risk perinatal/OB critical care, acute neurological events, medically unstable/septic shock, and cardiac instability requiring Q1H or more frequent monitoring and immediate clinical interventions.
  • Core Clinical Competencies: Advanced hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, central lines), continuous multi-agent vasoactive infusions, ventilator management, post-resuscitation protocols, and rapid emergency bedside interventions.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated acute care CCU / ICU clinical nursing experience. Prior travel nurse experience is required.
  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN License strictly in hand at submittal.
  • Certifications Required at Submittal:
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS).
    • AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
