CT Technologist – Nights
Facility: Cheyenne Regional Medical Center – West Campus
Location: Cheyenne, WY 82001
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Openings: 1
Shift: Nights
Shift Length: 12 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CT Technologist experience
- ARRT (R) required
- ARRT CT certification/verification required
- BLS certification required
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must be comfortable starting IVs
- Must be able to assist with procedures
- Permanent address must be at least 25 miles from the facility
- Trauma Level II experience/environment
- EPIC experience required/preferred
- Must be flexible with scheduling and patient-care responsibilities
Clinical Experience / Skills:
- Vascular studies
- Coronary CTAs
- Orthopedic imaging
- 3D reconstructions
- Biopsies, drains & aspirations
- Occasional injections
- Approximately 4% pediatric patients
- Will cover Outpatient, Inpatient & ER
- Approximately 90 scans/studies per day
- Must be comfortable working independently and covering multiple areas
Equipment / Systems:
- EMR: EPIC
- PACS: Fuji RIS/PACS
- Scanners: Siemens Definition M & CS
- Bronco injector
- Department has 2 CT scanners/rooms
Schedule:
- Thursday–Saturday: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM
- Sunday–Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekend rotation/coverage required
- Holiday coverage required
- No call/standby requirement
- Schedule may include varied 8-, 10-, 12- and 13-hour shifts depending on coverage.
Department Details:
- Acute-care setting
- 2-week orientation with preceptor
- Radiologist coverage: in-house weekdays 8 AM–5 PM; after-hours coverage available remotely/on-call
- Lead Tech available
- No RRA
- Hunter Green scrubs; plain black jacket permitted
- 36 guaranteed hours/week
- Cancellation: 2 shifts per 13-week assignment
