Description
Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Location: Fairfield, CA
Facility: NorthBay Medical Center / Vacaville Hospital
Duration: 8 weeks initially
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, weekdays & weekends
Requirements:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited school.
- ASW or LCSW required.
- Acute care hospital experience required.
- Strong psychosocial assessment, critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and discharge planning skills.
- Required Skill: Discharge Planning
