Description
Travel RRT – Respiratory Therapy |
Shift: Nights — 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 4×12s
Guaranteed Hours: Up to 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Weekend: Every other weekend
Call: None
First-time travelers: ❌ No
Local candidates: ❌ No — minimum 50-mile radius stated in the main

This is NOT a PICU/Peds-only position. The RRT may work across:

Facility: Acute Care Hospital / Magnet
Staffed Beds: 152
Must-Haves
- 4 years RRT experience
- PICU experience – REQUIRED (hard stop)
- Level II Trauma experience – Required
- Cerner experience required
- RRT
- BLS/BCLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- CRT listed among required certifications

Important Compliance
- AK license required before start; Compact accepted at submission
- References required, can be pending
- RTO must be listed on profile
- COVID vaccine required — no exemptions

- Background reviewed case-by-case
- Former staff must be gone 2 years before returning as traveler
- NRP copy required for PICU/PEDS/RRT submission or profile may be rejected
- Orientation: 24 hours
- Modules: 4–5 hours, onsite via HealthStream
