Description

Licensed Clinical Social Worker / LMFT / LPCC – Job Details

  • License Required: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
  • California License: Must hold an active, full California license
    • ❌ LSW, AMFT, LPC, or associate licenses are not accepted
    • California license must be provided for verification
  • BLS Certification: Required
  • Education: Master’s degree required; Bachelor’s-level candidates will not qualify
  • Master’s Graduation: Must be at least 2 years post-graduation to meet the minimum experience requirement for an independent license
  • Resume: Required

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills
  • Experience facilitating psychotherapy groups or skills groups

Typical Duties

  • Facilitate psychotherapy and psychiatric/psych skills groups
  • Document group sessions in Meditech
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments
  • Complete and update treatment plans
  • Participate in treatment team meetings
  • Assist with discharge planning
  • Perform safety assessments as needed

Assignment Details

  • Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • License: California — Must be active.
