Travel RN — Cardiac Telemetry- Auto Offer

Location: Independence

Start: ASAP

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Guaranteed hours: 48 hours/week is an option

Priority: High priority

Unit Details

Unit: 7N Cardiac Telemetry
Beds: 36
Patient ratio: 4–5:1
Day staffing: 1 charge + 9 RN/LPN + 3 PCT
Night staffing: 1 charge + 8 RN/LPN + 3 PCT
EMR: Meditech
Equipment: Pyxis, Alaris pumps, Welch Allyn vital-sign machines

Required Experience & Certifications

Required:

ACLS
Experience recovering post-cath patients — no sheath removal
Experience with pacemaker placements
Stroke patient experience
Amiodarone drips
Cardizem drips

Preferred:

NIH certification

Floating

May float to:

Other telemetry departments
Med-Surg
PCU
