🩺 What You'll Be Doing

As an IMC RN, you'll provide comprehensive care to patients with varying levels of acuity while working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring changes in condition.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Providing direct nursing care, treatments, and therapies.
• Administering medications and carrying out appropriate medical functions within your scope of practice.
• Monitoring treatment plans and evaluating patient responses.
• Providing patient and family education and health counseling.
• Recognizing changes in patient status and taking appropriate clinical action.
• Coordinating care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Referring patients for additional evaluation or treatment when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promoting safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Floating to other departments within your competency when operationally needed.

✅ What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced RN who is comfortable caring for mixed-acuity patients and can confidently transition between Med/Surg, Orthopedic, IMC, and Stepdown-level care.

Required:

• 2+ years of RN experience
• Recent Med/Surg, Orthopedic, IMC, or Stepdown experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or higher)
• Active RN license — Single-State or Compact
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS

Preferred:

• TNCC
• BSN
• Strong acute-care hospital experience
