đź©» Your Role

As a CT Technologist, you'll perform a variety of diagnostic CT examinations while ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and an excellent patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform CT examinations according to established protocols.
  • Operate CT equipment and associated imaging systems safely and efficiently.
  • Verify patient identification, orders, clinical information, and exam requirements.
  • Position patients appropriately and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and appropriate anatomical coverage.
  • Apply radiation safety principles and maintain a safe environment.
  • Administer contrast media according to established protocols and under appropriate physician/radiologist supervision.
  • Operate contrast injectors as applicable.
  • Educate patients regarding procedures, preparation, and contrast-related safety.
  • Monitor patients and recognize/respond appropriately to emergent situations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and any reactions or incidents.
  • Follow infection-control and sterile-technique requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate consents, quality-control processes, and documentation are completed.
  • Communicate pertinent patient information with physicians, radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain equipment and report technical issues or failures appropriately.
  • Stay current with CT technology, protocols, and imaging practices.
  • Assist and provide guidance to students or other imaging professionals when needed.


🔍 Skills & Experience

We're looking for a CT Tech who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred experience:

  • 1–2 years of CT experience
  • 1–2 years of acute-care/hospital experience
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Sectional anatomy
    • Anatomical terminology
    • Patient positioning
    • CT protocols and imaging techniques
    • Contrast administration
    • Image viewing, transfer, and manipulation
    • Radiation safety
    • Emergency patient response


âś… Required Qualifications & Certifications

  • Associate degree required.
  • ARRT(R) certification required.
  • ARRT(CT) required for this assignment.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • Active state licensure as applicable.
  • Radiation badge required; supplier-provided badge preferred.
  • Colorado Fluoroscopy certification may be required for applicable caregivers.
