License required: MO state pharmacy license (facility will accept pending, must be in process or start once offered)
Certifications required: BLS preferred
Skills preferred: Dosing (cardiac dosing), Profession Knowledge and skills (drug shortage management).
Skills required: Dosing (Anticoagulation therapy, clinical dosing, geriatric dosing, high-alert med, ped dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, therapuetic med monitoring, warfarin dosing), Intravenous Preparation (antibotics, compounding, iv piggyback, sterile technique), Medication dispensing systems (pyxis, storage of medications unit dose systems), Pharmacotherapy Management for Medical Problems (Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Infectious disease, pulmonary, renal).
