Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for caring for medically complex patients? We are seeking dedicated LTAC RNs to join a premier Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) in Aurora, Colorado. This opportunity offers excellent pay, consistent scheduling, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients requiring specialized, extended care.
Position Highlights

✅ Work with a multidisciplinary care team caring for high-acuity patients
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital and/or LTAC nursing experience
- Current Colorado RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License
- Ventilator management experience required
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care experience required
- Experience with central lines required
- Wound care experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Required Certifications
✔ BLS (AHA)
✔ ACLS
Certifications must be current and included in the submission packet.
