Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital and/or LTAC experience (Required)
- Active Colorado LPN/LVN License or Multi-State Compact License (Required)
- IV Certification (Required)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Experience caring for medically complex patients preferred
Required Certifications & Documents
✔ BLS (AHA) Certification
✔ IV Certification
✔ Current Colorado or Multi-State Compact LPN/LVN License
