Submission Requirements

THIS IS AN XRAY/MAMMOGRAPHER NEED!  PLEASE UPLOAD TRAVELERS WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN BOTH SPECIALTIES

• 2 Years X-Ray experience, 1 YEAR CURRENT EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED]
• 2 Years Current MAMMOGRAPHY experience [REQUIRED]
• ARRT (R) Certification - [Required]
• ARRT (M) Certification - [Required]
• Meditech Expanse experience [HIGHLY preferred]
• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Perm address must be included in traveler profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• MA Radiology license or application of same  [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Registration of Radiologic Technologists ARRT  - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

Certification Requirements

• BLS (AHA)
