Description
We are seeking an experienced PreOp/PACU/Pre-Post Cath & Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in a hospital setting. The RN will provide preoperative and postoperative care, including recovery of both adult and pediatric patients, as well as care for pre/post cardiac catheterization and procedural patients.
The ideal candidate must be clinically versatile, comfortable working with a variety of surgical specialties, and flexible with scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous PreOp, PACU, Procedural, or Recovery Room experience.
- Proficiency in recovering both adult and pediatric patients – Required.
- Experience with pre/post procedural and/or cardiac catheterization patients preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency-response skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
- PALS – Required
