Description

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Experience Requirements: 3+ years of Cath Lab and EP Experience
- License/ Certification Requirements: ARRT, BLS and ACLS; IEMA Certification
- Floating Requirements: Will float for call- call covers Evanston or HIghland Park (depending on the candidates location). 30 minute call back response time is required during call
- Weekend Requirements: As Needed
- On-Call Requirements: 2-3 days per week, every third weekend, 2 hrs guaranteed when called in
- Holiday Requirements: As needed

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Orientation: 16 hours of non-billable orientation
