Operating Room (OR) RN – Cardiac & General Surgery

📍 Facility: CAMC Health System, WV
🕐 Shift Options:

• 3×12 Days: 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
• 4×10 Days: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Other shifts may include 9a–9p or 11a–11p
  📞 Call: 1 day/week + 1–2 weekend call periods per 4–5 weeks
  🚨 Call Response: 30 minutes
  📆 Weekend: Required
  💻 Charting: Cerner
  👕 Scrubs: Royal Blue/White
  💰 RTO: No restriction, but submit upfront

Must Have

• 2+ years RN experience
• CV/Cardiac Surgery experience is mandatory
• General Surgery experience
• Both Scrub & Circulate experience required
• BLS
• WV or Compact RN license
• Travel experience not required if experience requirements are met

Strong Required Skills

• CABG, valve replacement, MAZE, IABP, LVAD/RVAD
• Vascular procedures including aortic surgery, bypasses, carotids, AV fistulas/grafts
• General surgery, colorectal, Whipple, liver, thyroid, mastectomy
• Orthopedic, ENT, urology, GYN
• Robotic surgery
• Vein harvesting and radial artery harvesting

Submission Requirements

• 2 manager/charge references from past 2 years
• RN license verification
• Skills checklist
• Driver’s license + SSN
• Full file required before submission
• Flu vaccine required unless medically exempt
• 100-mile radius rule; 75–99 miles may be considered case-by-case
