Unit Information: EMERGENCY DEPT
Location: RESEARCH MEDICAL CENTER
- Number of Beds – 38 HEAD WALLS- 3 main areas, Rapid, Main, POD 3 (psych safe area)
- Number of Staff – 7 Day/Night RN. 5 Mid Shift RN
- Type of staff:
- Day Shift – 7 Day
- Night Shift – 7 Night
- Type of equipment – Vent, BiPAP, EKG, Art Lines, Belmont, Chest Tubes
- EMR – Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Prioritizing, Time Management, De-escalation course, CPI-preferred
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

This MRI department is amazing! The nurses there are awesome! My experience there was exceptional! The patient care was outstanding!!
Cons
The pay was the only thing that was lacking. But that is what it was! No regrets about working there! Also the housing situation was not great. But that has nothing to do with the facility!
