Travel RN – Emergency Room
Location: Asheville, NC
Specialty: RN – Emergency Dept
Assignment: 16 Weeks
Start Date: 10/26/2026 (Flexible)
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Schedule: 3x12s / 36 hours per week
Holiday Coverage: Yes
RTO: Not accommodated
Pay
- Weekly Gross: $2,550
- Weekly Stipend: $1,575
- Weekly W2: $975
Requirements
- Must have minimum 2+ years of recent RN – Emergency Room experience in an acute care setting.
- Must have experience in a Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, or high-volume ED (>100,000 visits).
- ACLS required
- BLS required
- PALS required
- TNCC required
- NIHSS required
- ENPC required
- CPI required before date of hire
Unit Details
- 101-bed Emergency Department
- Patient ratio: 4:1 typically; up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be flexible to work in all areas of the ED
- Travelers may float within the ED
- Every other weekend required
- Navy scrubs
