Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 guaranteed/week
Weekend: Yes — one Saturday during the contract, with a weekday off in exchange
Experience: 2 years required
License: Oklahoma OT license required
Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in OT
EHR: UDS
Patient ratio: 5–7 patients
Setting: Acute inpatient rehabilitation
Patient population: General; common diagnoses include CVA, SCI, TBI, and orthopedic conditions
Scrubs: Black
First day: Report at 8 AM and ask for David Miller, PT
Facility: 66-bed inpatient rehab hospital
Flu: Vaccination required, or approved medical/religious exemption with facility approval; masking applies during flu season for approved exemptions.
