Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Same Day Surgery experience, including admitting, discharge, Phase I, and Phase II/PACU care.</li><li>Facility Background: Prior experience working in a rural or outpatient surgical facility required.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in IV starts, pre-op patient/room preparation, and Cerner EMR.</li><li>Licensure: Active Vermont RN License or compact state license (attestation required to obtain VT license prior to start date).</li><li>Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS (both must be American Heart Association).</li><li>On-Call Readiness: Must commit to all required on-call shifts.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior Travel Nursing experience highly preferred.</li><li>ICU or dedicated PACU background preferred.</li></ul>
