Description

Job Title: RN Hospice

Location: Grand Junction, CO
Duration: 12 Weeks
Openings: 6
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On-Call: Occasional weekend and on-call rotations
Specialty: Hospice RN
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

 

Position Overview:

As a Primary RN, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care while helping patients and families navigate their care goals with confidence and dignity. 

You will manage an assigned caseload and lead the interdisciplinary team responsible for coordinating and delivering care.

 

Hospice nurses provide care wherever patients call home, including:

  • Private residences
  • Nursing homes
  • Group homes
  • Assisted living facilities

 

Requirements: Active RN license appropriate for the assignment. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience. Willingness to participate in occasional weekend and on-call rotations. Holiday coverage may be required. Pay Bifurcation: Taxable: $984.40 Non-Taxable: $1267.00 Total Gross: $2251.40/Week
