- AHA BLS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy

🔹 Pelvic PT: Herman & Wallace Level 1 OR APTA Pelvic Health certification required

🔹 Strong Orthopedic PT: Post-op, Spine, Lower Extremity & Sports experience
🎄 Holiday Requirement: 2 major holidays + 1 minor holiday
