Travel SNF Occupational Therapist – Court Manor, Ashland Health Services & Northern Lights Services, Ashland/Washburn, WI

Position Summary

You'll treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents across three skilled nursing facilities in Ashland and Washburn, Wisconsin, on a full-time travel contract with Ardor.

This is a 13-week travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist role, with extension possible, supporting Court Manor Health Services, Ashland Health Services and Northern Lights Health Care Center. You'll work days, five 8-hour shifts a week (40 hours), helping residents rebuild the strength, skills and independence they need for daily living and a safe return home. Court Manor (911 3rd Street West) and Ashland Health Services (1319 Beaser Avenue) are both in Ashland. Northern Lights Health Care Center (706 Bratley Drive) is a 50-bed nonprofit facility in Washburn, about 15 minutes away along Chequamegon Bay.

New graduates and therapists without previous SNF experience are welcome to apply. You'll have support from the rehab teams and Ardor's 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.
