Travel Physical Therapist – SNF/Rehab
Weymouth, MA | South Shore
Contract: October 5, 2026 – January 4, 2027
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel Skilled Nursing/Rehab contract in Weymouth, Massachusetts.
Work with an adult/geriatric rehabilitation population, helping patients improve strength, balance, mobility and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- PT evaluations and reassessments
- Individualized plans of care
- Therapeutic exercise and strengthening
- Gait and balance training
- Transfer and functional mobility training
- Fall prevention and safety education
- Assistive device training
- Patient and caregiver education
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and discharge planning
