Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel Outpatient contract in Decatur, Illinois.

Outpatient clinic setting

Position Overview

Treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities may include PT evaluations and reassessments, individualized plans of care, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, mobility and flexibility training, functional rehabilitation, manual therapy when appropriate, home exercise programs and patient education.
