Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient contract with Athletico Physical Therapy in Macomb, Michigan.
Position Overview
This is an outpatient orthopedic PT opportunity working with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care and provide progressive treatment designed to restore strength, mobility and function while helping patients return to work, sports and everyday activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform PT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation
- Therapeutic exercise and functional strengthening
- Mobility, balance and flexibility training
- Manual therapy when clinically appropriate
- Develop and progress home exercise programs
- Provide patient education and injury-prevention strategies
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with the outpatient rehabilitation team
