Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient contract with ATI Physical Therapy in the Covington/Kent area of Washington.
Position Overview
This is an outpatient orthopedic PT opportunity treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs.
The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care and provide progressive treatment focused on restoring strength, mobility and function.
Responsibilities
- Perform PT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation
- Therapeutic exercise and functional strengthening
- Mobility, balance and flexibility training
- Manual therapy when clinically appropriate
- Develop and progress home exercise programs
- Patient education and injury prevention
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with the outpatient rehabilitation team
