Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.

Position Overview

This is a hospital-based Physical Therapist opportunity in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care and provide skilled therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety and functional independence.

Responsibilities

Perform Physical Therapy evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized plans of care
Provide therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
Address strength, balance, mobility and endurance
Provide gait and transfer training
Educate patients and caregivers
Assess equipment and safety needs
Collaborate with physicians, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Participate in discharge planning as appropriate
Complete timely clinical documentation
