Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
- Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts — Days 6:45 AM–7:15 PM / Nights 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Experience: 2+ years L&D experience required
- EMR: Charting system experience required; EMR name not specified
- Weekend: Every 3rd weekend
- Floating: May float for patient safety sitter (PSS) or NA duties; no patient assignment when floating
- Unit: Labor & Delivery with high-risk labor, postpartum, LDRP, Mother/Baby, OB triage, Level I & II nursery, women’s health, and pediatrics
- Skills: Magnesium sulfate, Pitocin, obstetrical triage
- Certifications: NRP required; BLS and AWHONN certifications
- Charge Experience: Preferred
- Travel Experience: Not required
- Radius Rule: No local travelers — must live more than 25 miles from the facility
- License: Active Minnesota RN license in hand or proof of MN license application at submission
- Holiday: Holidays as needed by facility
- Contract: 13 weeks
