Travel OR CVOR RN Circulator assignment at Porter Hospital, 13-week contract listing with 36 guaranteed hours per week, day shift 6:45 AM-3:15 PM, open heart surgery focus, 12-bed OR unit, 1:1 patient ratio, Cerner EMR, weeknight and weekend call required, no floating, block scheduling not available, surgical blue scrubs, auto-offer position, approved orientation dates 10/19/2026 or every other Monday except holidays, one position, contractor replacement, RTO blackout during Christmas week, maximum 1 week RTO, required holiday coverage, $110/hour bill rate.

Required: Active Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS, minimum 2 years of open heart experience, strong Open Heart OR RN Circulator experience, experience with OR procedures, required license and certifications must be attached at submission, driver’s license and permanent home address must be included and the address must match the ID, candidate must live more than 50 miles from the facility, local candidates are not accepted, must work days 6:45 AM-3:15 PM, weeknight and weekend call, no block scheduling, maximum 1 week RTO, Christmas week is an RTO blackout period, required holidays must be worked, Preferred/Additional OR experience: Orthopedic, Neuro, Da Vinci Robot, General, GYN, and Podiatry experience, Open Heart experience is the primary specialty requirement.
