Description
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced House Supervisor RN to provide hospital-wide nursing leadership and oversight in an inpatient acute care setting. This role coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, bed management, emergency response, and nursing operations across all units while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant patient care.

Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Hospital-wide nursing supervision and coordination of care
- Code Management, Crisis Intervention/Management, and Rapid Response Team support
- Facility/Bed Diversion and overall bed management
- Coordinate new admissions, post-surgical/post-procedure patients, and transfers to higher levels of care
- Monitor and report sentinel events and manage AMA discharges
- Ensure infection control, isolation procedures, and workplace safety
- Apply regulatory requirements including DPH, TJC, OSHA, and other applicable standards
- Supervise nursing care delivered across all hospital units
- Provide excellent customer service and professional support to staff, patients, and families
