Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Discharge Planner
Must have RN experience in a clinical, medical/surgical, acute and/or critical care setting.
Two (2) Years or more experience in discharge planning and Med-Surg experience.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and must maintain certification.
