• Number of Beds: 6 Operating Rooms, 2 Endoscopy suites. 
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for procedure
• Equipment: Multiple
• EHR: MedHost Periop

• Supervisor: Kelly Stratton, Senior Director of Surgical and Cath Lab Services / Jennifer Lykins, Manager of Surgical Services

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Infant, Peds, Adult, Geriatric (Serves all Ages)

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Ability to circulate service lines independently (Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Cataracts, OB / GYN, Urology, Endoscopy); Teamwork, Communication skills.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Ortho, General Surgery, Endo.
• Personality Fit: Professional.

• Required Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in KY.

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Navy (Must change into hospital supplied scrubs).
• Any unacceptable attire: Casual wear, other facility branded attire.
