Unit Notes – Important Information

Local Candidate Policy: Local candidates are not accepted. A 50-mile radius restriction applies to this assignment.
Call-Off Policy: The facility reserves the right to call off or cancel up to 24 hours during the 13-week assignment.
Orientation: The first week includes 12 hours of non-billable orientation. Guaranteed hours do not apply during the orientation period.
Licensure: RNs who are not currently licensed in Oregon may still apply. Eligible candidates may obtain a 90-day temporary Oregon RN license if their permanent license is not posted prior to the start of the assignment.
