Description
Job Requirements – Cath Lab RN
- 1+ year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. NIHSS may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance.
- Wisconsin or Compact RN license preferred; pending license accepted if obtained during compliance.
- Strong adult Cath Lab experience, including cardiac catheterizations, PCI, stents, IABP, Impella, pacemakers/defibrillators, Swan-Ganz monitoring, and atherectomy.
- Epic experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be willing to float to the Recovery unit as needed.
- Weekend: Every 3rd weekend.
- On-call: Required.
- Schedule: 4×10-hour days, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- 40 guaranteed hours/week.
- Flu vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions accepted.
- Two supervisor references required after offer.
- RTO must be submitted at the time of application; no RTO restrictions otherwise.
- No latex allergies due to facility requirements.
- Facility is an acute-care hospital with approximately 10 daily Cath Lab patients and 5 rooms.
