EPIC
Must have Med-Surg/inpatient rehab experience
Required Certifications: BLS
Years of Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.
***Preferred: med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity
Attendance Policy: All agency will adhere to our internal attendance and tardy policy.
Scheduling and Time Keeping: 30-minute breaks are mandatory unless approved by the supervisor.
Patient Ratios: 1:7
Number of Beds: 49
Patient Population: Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs.
Days 7a-7p and Nights 7p-7a are open and Available
Travel pairs welcome
