Travel RN — LTC / Skilled Nursing Care Center

Shift: Days, 3×12s.
Start: Training the week of October 25, with regular rotation beginning November 1.
Facility: 54-bed LTC/Skilled Nursing center.
Ratio: 1 RN to 18 residents.
Support: 2 CNAs per RN.
EMR: MEDITECH.
Certification: AHA-approved BLS.
Floating: None.
Telemetry / vents: None.
Scrubs: No preference.
Orientation: Typically 1–3 unit-specific shifts, paired with an experienced nurse.
