Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Concord, Massachusetts
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Concord, Massachusetts. This opportunity is a great fit for a PTA who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation, working with adult and geriatric patients, and helping improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
- Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and home exercise programs.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
