Kindred Hospital North Florida and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 94-bed hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. With 80 long-term acute care beds, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Comparably, our 14-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness. We are located on the south side of Green Cove Springs, just off Highway 17 and less than 1 mile inland off St. Johns River; conveniently surrounded by shops and restaurants within a short drive.

JA3 The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Facility Requirements:<ul><li>Must have ACLS &amp; BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)</li><li>Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines &amp; preferred wound care experience</li><li>Must have Florida RN or multi-state compact RN license, must be attached to resume</li></ul>
