Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel outpatient contract in Kingston, Massachusetts.

Position Overview

This is an outpatient PT opportunity working with patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation needs.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care and provide progressive treatment focused on restoring mobility, strength and function.

Responsibilities

Perform PT evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized plans of care
Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Provide post-operative rehabilitation
Therapeutic exercise and functional strengthening
Gait, balance, mobility and flexibility training
Manual therapy when clinically appropriate
Develop and progress home exercise programs
Provide patient education and injury-prevention strategies
Document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with the outpatient rehabilitation team
