Shift: Day / Evening — 3×12 hrs, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM listed, but unit details state 11:00 AM–9:30 PM
Contract:  13 weeks
Travel Experience: Required
Experience: 2 years listed; at least 1 year required
Certification: NBSTSA required
BLS: Required
ASATT: Listed in certifications — needs confirmation if applicable/required
License: Compact license must be in hand at submission
Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower bill rate
On-call: Required

• Weekday call: 16 hrs every 4 weeks
• Weekend call: 24 hrs every 4 weeks
• Weekend shifts may be worked in lieu of weekday shifts based on department needs

• Beds: 418 staffed beds
• OR: 21 rooms
• Charting: Epic
• Daily Census: ~60
• Trauma: Level I experience preferred
• Float: No unit float listed, but travelers may be required to float to nearby sister facilities.

Adult Acute Care OR with broad specialty coverage and an advanced oncology focus.

Hardstop / Must-Haves

1. Travel experience – REQUIRED
2. NBSTSA-certified Surgical Technologist – REQUIRED

5. Broad OR/surgical equipment knowledge
6. Epic experience preferred/expected
7. Da Vinci Xi & Si experience
8. Endovascular / hybrid room experience
9. Whipple experience
10. Broad adult OR specialty experience
11. Must be certified surgical technologist or military trained

Important Submission Requirements

• Only 1 Providence facility can be submitted at a time.
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD.
• All RTO must be submitted upfront.
• Client generally allows up to 7 days RTO; >7 days can delay offer.
• Must provide answer regarding any previous Providence employment/travel/registry and location/dates.
• 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Facility does not accept Nursys or background-check hits.
• Return staff may return after 3 months.
• Cannot contact facility directly unless interview is coordinated by recruiter.
