Surgical Tech / Scrub Tech JD
Position: Surgical Technologist / OR Tech / Scrub Tech
Shift: Day 3×12, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Experience: 2 years
Travel Experience: Required
Facility: Short-Term Acute Care
Beds: 418
OR Rooms: 21
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level I: Preferred
Local Radius: 50 miles
Required Certifications
- NBSTSA — Required
- BLS — Required
- ASATT — listed
- Must be certified as a Surgical Technologist or military trained

Candidate should have broad experience with:

- Vascular

- Colorectal
- Bariatrics
- Podiatry
- Eye
- Endovascular / Hybrid OR
- Robotics
Da Vinci Xi & Si experience is specifically required.
Call / Weekend
- Weekday call: 16 hours every 4 weeks
- Weekend call: 24 hours every 4 weeks
- Weekends required
- Weekend shift may be worked instead of weekday shift based on department needs
- Must work 3 of 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD
Submission Requirements
- Compact license in hand at submission
- 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- All RTO/scheduling requests submitted upfront
- Must disclose previous Providence employment/travel/registry
- Only 1 Providence facility submission at a time
- Travelers may float to nearby sister facilities
