Travel RN Emergency

Gross Weekly Travel Rate $2,473
(NO LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience, with at least one year in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center or academic medical center.
- Recent experience working in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center.
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS or ENPC certifications.
- Florida RN license or Compact RN license at time of application.
- Strong proficiency in working with electronic medical records, particularly EPIC.
- Ability to remain flexible, work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and EKG competency with a minimum score of 80%.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Recent experience in a high-volume, adult emergency or trauma setting.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week.
- A minimum of 10 days of RTO permitted during the 13-week contract, with no RTO during the first two weeks.
- Must be willing to float and adapt to varying departmental needs.
- Successful completion of specialty competency exams, including EKG rhythm interpretation, with a minimum score of 80% and 100% identification of lethal rhythms.
- Clear professional references from within the last 12 months, and no employment gaps exceeding 30 days.
