• Patient Ratios : 1:4 ; 1:5 Max
• Unit staffing description- 1 US and 3-4 PCT
• Type of equipment : SCD, IV, Chest Tubes, Drains, CVC, HD, FC, Telemetry Monitoring
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• Scheduling requirements: FT 12 hour x 3 days; rotating weekends
• Floating policy: as indicated based on house needs
• Patient Experience requirements: Cardiology

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: dysrhythmia interpretation, medication administration, trach care

Must have: Telemetry experience, IV skill, medication administration, physical assessment, wound care, central line care, HD line care, chest tube care, trach care, phlebotomy experience.

Advanced skills needed: telemetry basics

Procedures performed on unit:  Venipuncture, wound care, dressing changes

Certifications Required: RN

Dress Code: (Required uniform)

•  Royal blue scrubs
