Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric / NICU
Nashville, Tennessee
We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week pediatric hospital contract in Nashville, Tennessee. This opportunity is specifically for an SLP with NICU experience who is comfortable working with pediatric patients in an acute hospital setting.
This is a full-time role with rotating on-call weekend coverage and is a strong fit for an experienced pediatric SLP looking for a specialized medical assignment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
- Provide specialized care for NICU patients as appropriate.
- Perform feeding and swallowing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Support pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, and medically complex conditions.
- Educate parents and caregivers on feeding, communication, and carryover strategies.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, respiratory therapy, OT, PT, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Complete accurate and timely hospital documentation.
Requirements
- Tennessee SLP license required.
- CCC-SLP required.
- BLS required.
- NICU experience required.
- Pediatric hospital experience strongly preferred.
- Feeding and swallowing experience required.
- Must be comfortable with rotating on-call weekend coverage.
